Highly disappointed for NOW

I just installed it. Very frustrated.
Very buggy. Doesnt stay open for long and actually doesnt let me import files: I tried OFX, QIF and QFX, provided by my bank.
I was never able to finalize the import as the last step is blocked…
Very much waiting for a fix, a response from the developer and/or my money back as the importer was the reason I choose this app.
After each time I tried to import the files, the app unexpectedly closed.

BUMMER, my goal was to budget my money better and so far I just lost 30 bucks
